Beginning Mon. March 13th thru May 29th 2023 the City of Lawrenceburg is pursuing Downtown Lawrenceburg Pedestrian Crosswalks & Sidewalk Improvements at the following intersections:
- Walnut St. & Tate St.
- Walnut St. & Center St.
- Walnut St. & High St.
- High St. & Vine St.
Pedestrian safety and ADA accessibility remain the highest priority on the project. Pedestrian intersection improvements and scope of work include paver crosswalks, remove and replace concreate sidewalks at ADA ramps, remove and replace curbs at ADA ramps, ADA ramp upgrades and upgraded flashing stop signs. All work and construction schedule is subject to weather conditions. Construction schedule is Monday – Friday between 7am-4pm. Contractor will have traffic controls in place with flaggers and street signage. No detours are present. Please use alternative route if needed.
