• E. HIGH STREET BETWEEN SHORT ST. TO ALLEY BETWEEN SHORT ST. & ELM ST.
• CLOSED BETWEEN 1:30 -3:30 PM FOR TERRIFIC TUESDAYS AND BOLLARDS REMAIN
IN PLACE UNTIL 11 PM FOR MOVIE NIGHTS THAT FOLLOW IN THE CIVIC PARK.
