Join the 240,000 people from 129 countries who have added their faces to French Artist, JR’s global participatory art project. Inside Out: The people’s Art Project, is based on JR’s use of large-scale street pastings that focus on people and their stories. Photos of community members will be on view around the new Civic Park from June 1st – 7th, 2019.

Farmer’s Market Vendor Application

The 2019 Farmer’s Market season will begin Saturday, June 8 and continue each Saturday through October 12 from 9AM to 1PM at Newtown Park!

Spring Market Open Limited Time

For a limited time only, the Spring Market will be open beginning March 1 until April 30! Located at 208 Walnut St. in Downtown Lawrenceburg, the Spring Market will be full of all of your home decor needs and more, including architectural salvage, farmhouse and garden style goods, and vintage and upcycled clothing!

Purchase Assistance Grant – New Construction Residential Property

The Lawrenceburg Redevelopment Commission, in partnership with Lawrenceburg
Main Street Inc., has developed a New Home Purchase Assistance Program.

QUALIFICATIONS: To qualify, a buyer will be required to agree to occupy the
newly constructed home as a single family residence for a minimum of three
years. The buyer will also be required to pay cash or acquire a conventional loan
through a bank, savings and loan institution or mortgage lender of their choice.
Land contracts will not qualify and private financing will have to be thoroughly
reviewed before approval.

Civic Park

Downtown Lawrenceburg anticipates a brand new Civic Park scheduled to be complete by Spring 2019.
The $6 Million Civic Park project, lead by Strand Associates hired by the City of Lawrenceburg, will be located at the current lots at Short and High Streets.
Park features will include green space, a permanent stage, an outdoor water feature, park benches, and other useful components to be enjoyed by the public.
Existing outdoor events, such as Music on the River, will have the opportunity to be utilized within this space, along with many other new opportunities for programming. Civic Park usage will be available to the public, local organizations and so on for daily use, events, gatherings and more.
