In case of Emergency call: 911
Message from the Chief
I would like everyone to be aware that schools are now back in session and to please use caution on the roadways.
Safety is our utmost concern for all students, especially riding the school bus to and from school. Following all traffic laws and paying close attention to the school bus routes and stops is essential for the safety of our students and drivers.
The Lawrenceburg Police Department strives to make a difference and we would ask our citizens to do the same for our students. This includes obeying all traffic laws and reporting those who do not, especially pertaining to the school bus safety violators.
I would also like to remind everyone that when critical incidences do arise in our city, the Lawrenceburg Police Department always has safety as a priority with everyone involved, including our citizens that are in close proximity. LPD takes extra steps to ensure compliance with all necessary safety precautions.
Thank you for everyone’s attention and cooperation. To all the students, staff members, and administration, have a good and safe school year.
Chief Donald Combs
