REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
For a Construction Manager to Construct a Pavilion in the Lawrenceburg Downtown using the CMc Delivery Method under Indiana Code § 5-32-3 et al.

The City of Lawrenceburg, Indiana is seeking statements of qualifications from construction management firms to serve as the Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc), pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-32-3, to build a new pavilion structure and surrounding and supporting elements in the City of Lawrenceburg at the corner of William Street and Short Street, and to provide final and construction drawings based on existing conceptual design.
Time is of the essence; the City’s goal is to have the pavilion complete and open to the public in the Spring of 2025.
Relevant experience and qualifications will be used to determine who is selected. Proof of financial resources will be required in the form of a certified check. City officials shall review RFQ responses and make recommendations to Mayor and the City Council for final action.
