The City of Lawrenceburg Redevelopment Commission (“RDC”), is issuing a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to aid in the selection of building plans to construct single family owner-occupied residential homes on lots that the RDC owns.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Lawrenceburg Redevelopment Commission owns several lots in its beautiful and historic downtown of Lawrenceburg, Indiana that are ready for development. Interested Respondents must submit a detailed plan to build a single-family owner-occupied home with the minimum specifications stated in the RFP. Selected Proposals will be sold the lot subject to a Development Agreement.

DEADLINE FOR RESIDENTIAL LOT DEVELOPMENT PROPOSALS:
No later than June 29th, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. local time.
